Adele fell in love with the science of light and the wonderful opportunities for creating transformative spaces with light when she was studying to be an Illumination Engineer. Even though she had grown up working in her Father’s lighting factory, it wasn’t until she started working with the constantly changing technology that she found her passion for it. Her company, MINT provides specialist lighting design advice to home owners around the world. She works tirelessly to change peoples expectations of light in their homes and to open their eyes to the amazing creativity possible with even the simplest of solutions. As a result of her upbringing in the world of fabrication, she focusses on locally made design in her projects and is a conduit to the many talented fabricators in Melbourne who make beautiful, bespoke lighting.
